"We met Katrina when Jackson was just over a year old and we were struggling with leash walking (he's a border collie and prefers being off leash) as well as extreme barking in the car. With Katrina's help we realised he was anxious near traffic when walking and also anxious and very excited in the car! Over the sessions she showed us how to adapt and understand his behaviours and how to maintain calmness and control. Jackson will be 2 years old soon and although he's still a dog who enjoys his freedom, he is 90% better on his leash (I'm not looking for perfection as his breed loves freedom!) Car journeys are now stress free as we moved him into the boot rather than the back seat and although he is still anxious we allow him time to settle and then he's fine. Thank you Katrina for nurturing our lad. We will be booking you next year to work on his recall with a ball as he still thinks he's training US on the field 😉 😀"
